Here's the basic procedure....best to call up Just Differentials directly at 1-866-349-6801 and have Carl or Jeremy send the product directly to me. I do recommend either NITRO or US GEAR. Their master install kits come with KOYO bearings which is very good. Then remove the 3rd and clean off the excess grease/caked-on grime(the cleaner the outside the better and I appreciate the effort)and package up the 3rd. Here's some ideas.... Tote Method A certified check or money order can be taped to the underside of the lid to cover labor plus return shipping. Labor is generally 250 per 3rd. Labor might be slightly more for an ARB type install. A word about E-lockers that are sent in the mail...best to remove the e-motors as that is a very expensive item and they don't package very well with that harness dangling everywhere. The truck 8" e-locker is easy to remove with just one 12mm bolt. See this...8" e-locker removal. The e-locker motor comes off of the massive 9.5" Landcruiser FJ80 rear 3rds easy also....2 or 3 small bolts of the service cover and 4 bolts that hold the motor on(they are on there tight so use a 12mm socket) and the pieces come right off. Here's my address: Ken Francisco 114 W. Ivanhoe Street Chandler, AZ 85225 Here's a sampling of what the typical 75 pound tote sent via Fedex ground to my zip 85225 although beware as some Fedex outlets, especially in small towns, are not authorized outlets and costs will run about twice as much as shown below. I have access a 24 hour Kinkos(copy center) that has a Fedex outlet inside that makes it easy for me. AZ Tucson 85749 $35 1day CA Strawberry 95375 $45 3days WA Colville 99114 $60 3days UT Eureka 84628 $45 3days NM Dexter 88230 $45 3days CO Sterling 80751 $52 3days TX Lone Oak 75453 $52 3days IL Tampico 61283 $60 4days TN Hoodo 37018 $69 4days FL Key West 33040 $76 5days SC Stoney Hill 29127 $69 4days PA Venus 16364 $76 4days CT Mechanicsville 06277 $76 5days ME Easton 04740 $74 5days Fedex Shipping Page A word about insuring the tote...in the case of Fedex, if it is insured for 500 or more then a signature will be required and it could be difficult for me to be there to receive it as I have a day job. If the 3rd is burrito wrapped in cardboard and plenty of cardboard panels are placed in the tote then nothing will happen. Insurance is optional and is just not needed if the contents are secured correctly and the address is readable. Other places to get master install kits and ring/pinions.....
